Get With The Graphics

Exclusive to Samsung Members, we created a Learning Series to inspire and drive ongoing participation. With a unique lesson dropping each week, members could learn more about the things they love to do, with the opportunity to show off their new skills by entering competitions. I led the design of a responsive, card-based learning experience for the Samsung Members app and web, built to deliver engaging, bite-sized content across themes like Wellbeing, Life Hacks, Photography, and Entertainment.

Our aim was to foster customer loyalty and establish a strong connection with Samsung Europe's Gen-Z customer base. To achieve this, we introduced a loyalty program that empowers Samsung Members to engage in more of their favorite activities.

This program offers rewards and weekly inspiration centered around four key passion areas: Photography, Wellbeing, Entertainment, and Life Hacks.

We even made a new game of matching pairs released at the start of each week. Members had one chance to complete the game within 30 seconds to win a mystery prize. We even created Halloween & Christmas edition reskins.
