Hello there.
A bit about me.
I’m Lisha! A London-based Digital Designer with a background in Graphic & Media Design. My experience spans both global agencies and close-knit creative teams, specialising in digital work.
I am a conceptual at heart, trying to bring my ideas to life - pushing boundaries, learning from every iteration.
My process starts with a good ol' Pinterest board. I love a vision board to find references to better understand my brief.
Using AI to help speed up my process with tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.ai for research and strategy. I then, combine both my findings from visual and strategy to inform my creative decisions.

The Gate

Nov 2023 - Jul 2025
Curious about the pace and culture of smaller agencies, I made the move to The Gate, trading scale for a more agile, close-knit environment to see how ideas take shape. In true style, within my first month I drove the agency’s leap from outdated software to Figma. What began as a bold shift quickly became the new standard - first across The Gate, then embraced by the wider MSQ network.
A real career highlight came with The AA pitch - a brief to reimagine their CRM across both B2B and B2C audiences. As the sole designer on the project, I led the visual direction, working closely with strategy and creative to bring the concept to life across every touchpoint.
Part of the challenge was ensuring the CRM aligned seamlessly with their above-the-line campaigns - creating a unified brand experience from inbox to billboard. We won the pitch - a proud moment, and even more meaningful having carried the design through solo.
And the work didn’t stop at the win. I carried the project through into production, partnering with developers to make sure every email rendered seamlessly across all major platforms - balancing design precision with real-world performance.
Wunderman
Thompson UK

Nov 2021 - Nov 2023
The move from the Commerce team to Wunderman Thompson UK was a deeper dive into the agency world, a shift that expanded my creative playground. Not just through the mix of clients and projects, but through the brilliant creatives I had the chance to work alongside.
Began in design, crafting visuals across print, digital, social, and CRM.
Along the way, I even dabbled in art direction, partnering with an equally concept-driven copywriter to break new ground.
A standout moment in this role was joining forces with a small group of like-minded colleagues to form a social and cultural events planning team at WT - bringing energy and connection to agency life.

Mar 2020 - Nov 2021
Wunderman Thompson Commerce was my first role post-university. My first day coincided with the start of lockdown, so the role was fully remote from day one - a unique introduction to agency life! I got to see the moving parts behind the infrastructure. Learning how briefs flow, who’s involved at each stage, and how creative, account, and production teams come together.
I sat within the marketing team, concepting and developing creative across print, digital, and social - supporting campaign launches, brand toolkits, internal comms, and event assets. A key part of this role was shaping visual narratives that sell ideas just as much as the finished masterpiece.

Sept 2014 - Jul 2019
I started with a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design at Camberwell College of Arts, graduating with a Distinction. That set the tone for a degree in Graphic & Media Design at London College of Communication, where I finished with an Upper Second Class Honours.
Along the way, I picked up solid experience in design fundamentals - from typography, layout and colour theory to branding, editorial, motion and UX. All rooted in strong conceptual thinking and clear visual storytelling.
